Handmade for You

Hi everyone, my name is Rehet Kapoor. I am a teen entrepreneur living in Woodinville, Washington, with my parents and an exceptionally mischievous Goldendoodle. I began my creative and innovative path with photography, in which I directed a club in school to instruct others. I then immersed myself in art with numerous lifelike pieces, and now I am learning many new mediums. Soon later, I started to bake and created a non-profit charity initiative to raise money. That is what encouraged me to help around in the community more often, and now I am always trying to find ways to contribute and give back. Then, I got my Cricut in November 2021 as a great surprise from my parents, which led me into the world of craft and personalization. Intending to expand my skill set, I took upon the opportunity to create gifts for numerous occasions like Christmas and Diwali. Seeing the joy on everyone's faces and the entire experience of creating the gifts is what pushed me to start ReKap Creations, my small business that focuses on handmade products. I couldn't have done this without my parents, my biggest supporters. They are continuously challenging me with projects to learn and grow. I hope to inspire other teens to follow their passion and touch countless hearts.

Besides arts and crafts, I love to read and code! My fav colors are lavender, aquamarine, and rose gold! For all my fellow Potterheads, I am a Gryffinpuff, and my Patronus is a Nebelung Cat! And to get into detail, my wand is Vinewood with a unicorn hair core, 11" and slightly yielding flexibility. I can't forget the Twilighters, and I am on TEAM EDWARD, no questions asked. ;p
